Get ready to sprint down Broad Street as the lead out to the Kiwanis Christmas parade wearing your Santa hat and jingle bell bracelet (provided to each runner in the swag bag)! Proceeds from this event will go to children’s organizations sponsored by the Gadsden Kiwanis Club and Breakaway Ministries.

When: Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 9:30 AM.

Where: Downtown Gadsden. Group photo on the steps of Campbell Professional Building at 9:30AM. Race begins at 7th and Broad Street at 9:50AM.

Price: $25. Those registered by November 20th will be guaranteed a tee shirt.

Race Day Registration will be $30.

Awards: The top 3 overall male and female 5K participants will receive awards.

Prizes will be awarded for best Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus.

Post-Race: Participants are encouraged to enjoy the rest of the Kiwanis Christmas parade and shop, play and dine with the merchants and restauranteurs of Downtown Gadsden.

Race Starts: 9:50am, group photo taken at 9:30am

Awards: approximately 10:30am near start/finish line
