Winner Circle: $50 (For current IG titleholders looking to gain valuable practice and feedback before State & International competitions.

GUIDELINES
***Baby Miss Chaperones must have a hand on contestant at all times while on stage
***0-6 yrs: short Party Dress; 7-12: short Party Dress or long Evening Gown; 13+: long Gown

***Talent may be anything that shows a girl's poise before an audience (time limit 1-1/2 minutes). Must be AGE APPROPRIATE!

***All contestants receiving an award will gain eligibility to the state pageant
***Optional entries not required to win age division title
***Most Beautiful - is the judge’s choice of "Most Beautiful" contestant in the entire pageant based on FACIAL BEAUTY ONLY. All contestants entering Most Beautiful are eligible to win, regardless of overall placement or age group.

***Fees are nonrefundable unless the Preliminary is cancelled.
