The concerts will take place after downtown’s First Friday festivities on the first Friday of every month from June to August. Gates open at 8 p.m. with the concert from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
As in years past, entry into the concert is free.
The city is pleased to announce it will be selling drinks so coolers will no longer be allowed on the premises.
This year’s lineup is as follows:
July 5 — Nash County: Country and Southern Rock
Nash County is a Nashville-based Country/Rock cover band. Their eight-piece band plays a variety of timeless country and rock classics.
Aug. 2 — Rubik’s Groove: ‘80s, ‘90s and ‘00s Rock
Rubik’s Groove is an energetic tribute band that is bound to get you grooving! Their extensive set of '80s, '90s and '00s covers and assortment of costumes and colorful characters offer an interactive audience experience.
