WeatherWise Workshop and Weather Radio Distribution

Please join us for a WeatherWise Workshop and Weather Radio Distribution on Wednesday, July 24th 9 a.m. - noon. We will meet at the Altoona Community Center at 3680 Main Street Altoona, AL 35952.

This workshop is a FREE event and you will receive one free programmable weather radio per household.

Topics to be discussed are how to learn the difference in severe weather alerts, how to develop and execute Family Emergency Plan, How to stay safe during recovery as well as Basic First Aid and Chainsaw Safety during disaster cleanup.
