Back Forty is a micro brewery based out of historic downtown Gadsden in a 27,000 square foot warehouse that was built in the 1940s with a tap room and restaurant. They released their first craft beer, Naked Pig Pale Ale in 2009, and in 2010 they released their second offering, Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale, which was awarded a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival. The brewery has since created more brews such as Paw Paws Peach Wheat Ale, Freckle Belly IPA, and more.

The brewery offers lunch, dinner, and drinks, and tours of the brewery are given on Saturdays at 4PM!

Wednesday - Thursday: 5PM-9PM
Friday - Saturday: 3PM-9PM
Sunday: 1PM-7PM
