Beautiful Rainbow Cafe, a collaboration of the Gadsden City Schools, City of Gadsden, and Gadsden Public Library, is open to the public. Their unique program utilizes organic gardening and artisan cuisine as vehicles for teaching significantly cognitively impaired adolescents and adults a broad range of academic and vocational skills. The program is nonprofit and all proceeds from food sales support the training program. The cafe features bistro entrees, soups and sandwiches, and a variety of pastries. They also feature cold brew and French press coffees roasted by partner, Mama Mocha.
Hours:
Lunch: Tuesday-Friday 11AM-1PM; Coffee/Pastries: Tuesday-Thursday 3:30-6PM (5PM closing Wednesdays)
